Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

 

Individual Sessions:

 

- Cancellations Less Than 12 Hours Prior to Session: Clients may cancel individual sessions with a minimum of 12 hours' notice without incurring any charges.

 

- Cancellations Less Than 12 Hours Prior to Session: No refunds will be issued for cancellations occurring less than 12 hours from the start of services for individual sessions.

Pack Sessions:


- Cancellations Before the First Session of a Pack: If the first session of a pack is canceled with more than 12 hours' notice before the scheduled start time, clients may request a refund. Such requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of the cancellation of the first session via email to luisa@theluisaanderson.com.

- Cancellations After the First Session: If a client requests a cancellation after the completion of the first session, a refund may be considered if the request is submitted within 48 hours of the end time of the initial session. Requests should be sent via email to luisa@theluisaanderson.com.

 

- Cancellation After the Second Session: For cancellations requested after the completion of the second session, a 75% refund of the remaining sessions will be considered. Clients should submit this request to luisa@theluisaanderson.com. The cost of each remaining session will be calculated based on the total price paid for the pack on the date of purchase, divided by the number of sessions included in the pack.

 

2. Rescheduling Policy

 

- Clients are allowed to reschedule individual sessions with a minimum of 12 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.

 To reschedule any session, clients are required to reach out to us through luisa@theluisaanderson.com at least 12 hours before the scheduled session's start time. In cases where utilizing the booking system on our website at www.theluisaanderson.com for rescheduling is not feasible, contacting us via email is necessary.

 

- Clients are allowed to reschedule individual sessions up to two times. Any additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

3. Exceptions

 

- Silky Tales understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases, Silky Tales may consider individual situations and, at its discretion, make exceptions to the cancellation and rescheduling policy.

 

4. No-Show Policy

 

- If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing any prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.

 

5. Communication


- All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be communicated to Silky Tales via email at luisa@theluisanaderson.com.

Acknowledgment

 

- By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy.

 

7. Changes to Policy

 

- Silky Tales reserves the right to update or modify this Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
