Shipping & Returns


Items are shipped within 2-7 business days via USPS first class mail once an order has been finalized. Once shipped, it may take up to 5 business days to get to your door step. 1SilkyTales is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once it has been dropped off to USPS. Tracking information for every package will be emailed to the email address associated with the purchase.


Sometimes an item doesn’t fit as expected, no Problem. Within 14 days of receiving your order, simply contact us to initiate a return. Once approved, and once the item has been received by us, we will be more than happy to issue a store credit to you, minus the shipping cost. Monetary refunds or exchanges are not offered. Please read below for the return guidelines.

All items considered for returns MUST be unworn, unwashed, and returned in the condition it was received.

All store credits will be the price paid for the item, including sale items. If you choose to repurchase, the sales price does not apply. Monetary refunds or exchanges are not offered.

All orders placed online MUST be returned via mail.

We reserve the rights to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.

Any returned orders received outside of our return policy guidelines, will become the property of 1SilkyTales and NO store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If there is an error, on our part, with your order, ie: an item is missing or you were sent the wrong order, or if an item is damaged, please contact us at within 3 business days of receiving the order. Once proof of damage has been established, we will replace the unworn / unused defective or damaged item with the item originally ordered.

If there is an error with your order at the fault of 1SilkyTales, and the incorrect item was sent, the incorrect item will be replaced with the correct item originally ordered, or a refund will be issued, once the incorrect item has been received by us. Incorrect items MUST be sent back to us within 5 business days of an issued return shipping label. If the item is not returned within 5 business days, all sales are final.

If you do not communicate with us about damages or errors within 3 business days of receiving your item, after 3 business days, all sales are final.
