1. Embrace Your Own Flow:

Let your pen dance freely across the pages, unburdening your mind of its worries and anxieties. Don't worry about grammar or structure; let your thoughts flow like a cascading waterfall, unrestrained by the shackles of perfectionism. Remember, your journal is your personal therapist, not your English teacher so just write.. pour it ALL out!


2. Practice Gratitude:

Dedicate or have a 2nd journal with a section journal to express gratitude for the blessings in your life. It could be the warmth of the sun on your skin, the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee, or the unwavering support of a loved one. Gratitude is the fertilizer that nourishes the seeds of self-love.


3. Challenge Your Inner Critic:

Identify the negative self-talk that plagues your mind and challenge its validity. Instead of succumbing to its harsh whispers, replace them with affirmations of self-worth and appreciation. Your journal becomes a battleground where you reclaim your power from the inner critic. - The best part for me is always sitting down and spending a good day, evening or night reading it; pouring my heart out to it; that at the end I feel like just passing out..from all the crying and laughing. Imagine your inner critic as a whiny toddler throwing a tantrum in a grocery store. It's annoying, but you're the adult here. Deal with it.

You will be able to process your emotions first, your thoughts second and your heart right in the middle of it all so that you HAVE to feel .. and when you remember how to FEEL, your LIFE changes!


You just have to be consistent with it. Put it first. No. Matter. What!
